AUTHENTIC RECORDS. CLEAR PREPARATION.

Financial Documentation Guidance

Understand the requirements for authentic, verifiable financial documents.

Conceptual illustration of learning and growth

Understand the document request

Start with the written requirements of the institution or authority reviewing your application. Identify the requested document type, period covered and submission format, and ask that organisation directly about any unclear requirement.

Request records from the issuer

Obtain statements and confirmation letters directly through your bank or financial institution's approved channels. Check the issued records for accuracy and ask the issuer to correct any error; never alter a financial document yourself.

Share records carefully

Keep financial evidence organised and send it only through the intended recipient's confirmed process. Guidance does not include creating, altering, purchasing or arranging misleading statements, fabricated balances or false evidence of financial circumstances.

Questions, answered

Can IIKAS create or supply a bank statement for me?

Bank statements must come from the bank or financial institution that holds the account. IIKAS guidance concerns requesting and organising legitimate records; it does not include manufacturing, changing or supplying false financial evidence.

Can a document's acceptance be guaranteed?

No. The receiving institution or authority decides whether evidence meets its requirements. Use its current written guidance and seek clarification directly when the requested format, period or supporting information is unclear.
